BodyMind consulting (ONLINE PROGRAMMING) TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

BodyMind Consulting offers participants the opportunity to purchase Video on Demand, Special session Series, in person and online privates, 1:1 coaching and TheReset Getaway.

BodyMind Consulting may change or update these Terms, or modify, suspend or terminate BodyMind Consulting and its features, in whole or in part, at any time, without notice. BodyMind Consulting may provide notices, disclosures, and changes or updates to these Terms, and other information relating to BodyMind Consulting, including modification, suspension, and termination of it, by electronic means, including posting these materials online at BodyMind Consulting Website. All THE BodyMind Consulting offerings are subject to the Terms then in effect, and it is the responsibility of the participant to review the current Terms. Purchase and Register

To purchase and register any of our offerings, download the Bookee app or go to our website https://www.christianepiano.com/embed/#/pricing/r/121/loc/128 You will then be prompted to sign in to your Bookee account or create a new account. To create an account, provide all required information and consents, including a valid email address, and complete a participant liability release required by BodyMind Consulting. You will then be prompted to purchase one of the various VOD services.

BODYMIND CONSULTING GENERAL MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Month To Month Auto-Renew Subscriptions

Your payment will be processed on the same day every month. This membership must be purchased with a credit card. 

BodyMind Session Credit Packages

Are time-based expirations. They begin upon first day of use. These packages are for individual use. BodyMind Session packages cannot be suspended or refunded if they are not used within expiration terms. 

Privates and 1-to-1 Coaching sessions

If you need to cancel a a private or 1-to1 coaching session, 48 hours notice is required for a full refund. If you do not provide 48 hours notice, or if you do not show for the session, no refund will be given.
